This stand accommodates a 3ft – 5ft boxing bag, supporting up to a 100 lbs (45 kg) bag hooked onto the front. Paired with additional Everlast fitness equipment, it creates the ultimate total workout experience.

Equipped with three stabilizing pegs, this stand ensures enhanced stability. Place standard weight plates on each stabilizing peg (weights not included). For optimal stability, it is recommended to have 30KG on each stabilizing peg.
