The Body Iron Front Squat & Hack Squat Machine combines two top-notch compound exercises, the front squat and hack squat, into a single, user-friendly weight lifting machine. With shaped shoulder pads and an off-center mounted pivot, it mimics the feel of free-weights systems, ensuring a natural range of motion during exercises.

Featuring a release handle conveniently placed above the right shoulder for hack squat and left shoulder for front squat, users can effortlessly switch between exercises. The release mechanism allows for a full squat depth, with a secondary stop to prevent over-squatting.

The oversized foot plate offers multiple positions to target various leg muscles such as glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. Its adjustability accommodates all users, and the plate includes ridges to prevent slipping.

Dual weight plate pegs provide flexibility in loading, and the machine includes four weight plate storage pegs for a neat and organized gym space. The machine has a product weight of 150kg and a maximum weight capacity of 600kg.
